Before assuming the role of COO, Raihan was instrumental in developing proprietary optimization algorithms for manufacturing industries and web-based work automation systems for international clients. His deep expertise in web development, particularly in JavaScript technologies like React and Next.js, has been pivotal in driving Invictosoft's technical advancements.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. Additionally, he is an esteemed alumnus of Jhenidah Cadet College, where his leadership qualities were first recognized.
